On Monday (Feb 4) I had the idea of adding short Video Reflections to the app. we are developing for iPhone/iPad. My idea was to take short clips from films of Douglas Harding, of about 2 minutes - like grabbing a quotation from a book. Since Monday I have assembled 70 video clips! Complete with intro title and credits! So, hopefully our app. will be accepted by Apple... and then friends who have these Apple products can access the Video Reflections, plus lots of other things on the app. I will also be gradually releasing the Video Reflections on Youtube. I still have to work out how I'm going to do that.
It has been inspiring to go through films of Douglas - so far I've taken clips from On Having No Head, the Melbourne Lecture, and a film I have taken in Canada in 1992. The last one has not been published, so far as I know.
We are also nearing the completion of The Trial of the Man who said he was God as an ebook. And the German edition of On Having No Head is moving forwards. It's translated now. I have to write the preface...
