The society we are part of is built on separation and supremacy — two potent</sub>

_{aspects of the same destructive ideology. What if they’re both false? What if a}

_{flourishing future depends on changing this world view? Apparently so hard to do}

_{— but not when we see clearly we’re not built that way, that in fact we’re built the}

_{opposite. Our distant ancestors lived in harmony and balance with nature, we}

_{could do the same, creating a system for need not greed, collaboration not}

_{competition, community not isolated individuals … something we all experienced}

_{before we became “faced up”. If we See the world as within us, planet earth as}

_{our treasure to cherish and people in it as “moving jewels” [quote Thomas}

_{Traherne] we can believe in the Power behind it all to generate a new way of}

_living.

_{In this weekend we will See Who we really are, experience our interbeing with all}

_{around us, share thoughts and feelings, practise simple Chi Gong, meditate,}

_{maybe sing and dance, tell stories around the fire …}

_{Location: a small Buddhist retreat house deep in the countryside between}

_{Abergavenny and Hereford.}
