Lasting Cure

This Origin of all, having none of the qualities of its products, is knowable only by contrast with them, negatively, as spaceless, timeless, limitless, unthinkable, ungraspable, completely baffling. And, just because it is so stainless and aseptic, so clean of the brand-marks and limitations and defects which its creatures are necessarily subject to, it is their cleansing, their sovereign remedy, their only lasting cure.
