Here, one exclaims ‘I AM!’, and that is enough. Not How I am or What I am (what is achievement after the achievement of Being?) but That I am. Somehow it has come off—this very special enterprise, this incredible feat of having, without any help or reason or cause, raised Oneself out of non-existence into glorious Actuality. This is at once the highest knowledge and the deepest ignorance—the Self ’s own wonder at Itself, the divine surprise, the Mystery revelling in the Mystery.
