Reflection 698
Welcome!
One Mind
The truth is that, in this 1st-person world, there is room for any number of bodies but only one mind. Minds in the plural are a fiction, an absurdity which becomes more and more unworkable as I attribute to them more and more reality and separateness; till in the end the contradictions build up to a sudden climax, and the One Mind reveals itself. So I kill, rather than bring to life, my surroundings. Even these wonderfully complex humans are no more spirits or selves or minds in the plural than waves and clouds and stars are. Only so can they all be enlivened, supercharged with spirit, saturated with the One Mind right here.
