Holding Hands

Next time you have the opportunity, ask a friend to spend a few moments holding hands with you.

Look at your hands holding her hands.

There’s a boundary between your hands and hers.

But both your hands and hers are given here in this one consciousness – this Single Eye that has neither your name nor her name on it. It is space for both of you.

There you are two, here you are one…

As this person this is my body, and as that person that is your body. As consciousness, both bodies are in Me…
