Being aware of this spaciousness now
is the only time you can be aware of it.
If you haven’t attended to the space all day until now, don’t worry. Simply attend now. If you have neglected the space, has it deteriorated? Is it less clear, less empty, less awake? Of course not.
If you are concerned about not paying attention to the space, be aware of that reaction appearing in the unchanging, timeless space now. Anxiety there
to the absence of anxiety here
Keep paying attention.
Observe the anxiety as it changes, gradually dissolving away, whilst the space remains clear and unaffected.
Each time you attend to who you really are you deepen the habit of attending here
, of consciously being here
