True Therapy

When I am consciously at large - no longer a thing among things, a consciousness among consciousnesses - I am Liberated, and the world, in spite of everything, is all right because it is all me. There are no fates, factors, or forces outside the 1st Person that I am, working against me. Even the "nastiest" things that happen to me as 3rd person are in reality my profound intention as 1st Person. So I say YES! to life, and this is the true therapy. (Douglas Harding.
