Welcome!


You Are All Beings

Seeing Who you are is seeing that you are all beings, and the principle is established, whether consciously or semi-consciously, that your commitment to them is infinite. That you are One with every sentient being, whether it is a spider, or a visitor from a galaxy far away, or the people in your own house, or the people you find especially trying or stupid. Your involvement with them is basically total, for the simple reason that intrinsically you are that person, you are that strange being, you are that horrible monster, and there are in the last resort no horrible monsters. This means that in fact one's behaviour after seeing is more altruistic, more giving, though it may be more shocking than before. (Douglas Harding. 1976 Interview.)
