Choosing To Be

Above your Bottom Line is the place of No-choice. Everything there is caught in a close-knit web of mutual conditioning, and freedom is a dream. The Bottom Line itself is the place of Choice. Here is the only place where freedom is real, seeing that there’s nothing to bind or be bound. Here you – you as you really, really are – make that supreme and stress-free and only real Choice which Hamlet could not make. What stress that failure cost him! You choose to be. Here You freely decide to be, not just the Origin of all things, but of Yourself. No: it isn’t Hobson’s choice. You don’t have to be. There’s absolutely no one and nothing below You to give rise to You. Look, You are choosing to come up with Yourself right now and right here. How You do it is the Mystery. Accept my congratulations!
